Brazil hosts 2 free events for less pain, more love

Two free online events are being offered to help people dealing with loneliness, self-doubt, and feeling overwhelmed. The events follow a recent sound bath experience shared by the event organizer, which prompted many readers to report that life has been particularly difficult for them lately.
The first event is called The Power of Love Summit. It is a free online event running from June 2 through June 8. The summit features conversations with more than 40 leading voices in psychology, spirituality, trauma healing, and conscious relationships. Speakers include Tara Brach, Kristin Neff, Sharon Salzberg, Rick Hanson, Nicole LePera, and the Gottmans.
Topics at the summit include healing emotional wounds and rediscovering personal worth, cultivating self-love and quieting self-doubt, creating deeper connection in relationships, mending family ties even when facing past hurt, and transforming heartbreak into greater strength. Participants will also experience breathwork, guided meditation, journaling, dance, affirmations, and a sound bath.
The event covers all dimensions of love, including self-love, romantic partnership, family bonds, friendship, and the role of love in healing communities. Registration is free, and those who sign up instantly receive five bonus gifts.
The second event is called The Seven Strengths. It is a free week-long online event focused on finding calm and steadiness in stressful times. The event starts on May 13. It includes short daily teachings and guided practices designed to help people feel calmer and less reactive, reconnect with compassion and clarity, build emotional resilience, and create a steadier inner foundation.
Teachers for The Seven Strengths include Rick Hanson, Sharon Salzberg, and Kristin Neff. The course is normally valued at $110, but it is being offered for free as a gesture of support during challenging times. Three bonus gifts are provided instantly upon registration.
Both events are intended to bring more peace and love into people’s lives, especially for those who have been feeling lonely, down on themselves, or overwhelmed.
